The Intelligent Alert Grouping engine clusters related alerts from observability sources into single incidents using ML, reducing queue volume before it reaches on-call engineers. Auto Pause Transient Alerts suppresses flapping ephemeral alerts that resolve and re-fire within a short window.

SLO dashboards connect incident severity to reliability targets: incidents that breach or threaten an SLO escalate faster than those within error budget tolerance. Past Incident Insights surfaces similar historical incidents and their resolutions during active response.
